We specialize in the eastern regions of Indonesia — Sulawesi and beyond — famous for their active volcanoes, scenic lakes, lush rainforests, hidden waterfalls, pristine white-sand beaches, fascinating endemic species and warm-hearted locals.
Sulawesi's extraordinary island shape — a geologist's orchid — sits at the meeting point of two eco-regions, giving it some of the highest levels of endemic wildlife on Earth. Our journeys are individual and tailor-made: travel with a minimum of one person, accompanied by your own English-speaking private guide and driver.
Indonesia sits on the Pacific Ring of Fire with 147 active volcanoes. This volcanic energy sculpted Sulawesi's dramatic landscape and created a paradise for hikers and volcano enthusiasts.
Sulawesi is an evolutionary showcase: the spectral tarsier — one of the world's smallest primates — the crested black macaque, and the ground-nesting maleo. Endemic life found nowhere else on Earth.
From Toraja's ancestral death rites to Minahasa's rich culinary heritage, every corner of the island offers a different, unforgettable experience.
For divers and snorkelers a hidden paradise awaits: stunning coral walls, sea turtles, reef sharks and the unique critters of the Lembeh Strait.
The black macaques of Tangkoko, pygmy-sized tarsiers with eyes larger than their brains, and endemic birds — observed responsibly in their natural habitat.
Far from the tourist guides: exotic islands, secluded beaches, authentic traditional markets, hidden jungle waterfalls and wildlife in its purest form.
